No alien relics! Very disappointing. Since the title is referencing relics, I was hoping for some alien religions but it's just some murder dust. Once again, Paolini has let me down.

This one’s about an hour long. The opening made me almost quit, it took like two days to get through the first five minutes. I don’t know if this is worse then the HFM one? It sure feels like it. Anyway, a lot of repeated responses and stuff, this interview was before the HFM one.

Christopher Paolini – Eragon author talks about worldbuilding, fantasy/sci-fi, how to plot, and themes transcription #drama

Edward: Paolini and I are opposites. He researches nothing and I research everything. He uses complex words and I prefer simple ones. His heroes are sociopaths, a condition I reserve for villains. I could list more examples but suffice it to say Paolini is my authorial nemesis. He is the opposite of authorial me in every way. He is rich, famous and published. So when I was invited to spork his interview I leapt at the opportunity.

Silver: I made the transcription… I wanted to spork this interview badly. But I didn’t think I could survive it on my own, so I recruited Edward! And now for the spork.
